Mostly known as a member of the most influential band in the history of pop-rock music The Beatles, Paul McCartney ) begins a solo career after the band dissolved in 1970 and released his first album that same year McCartney, of which he is practically the only craftsman. It is indeed himself who produces and mixes the entire album, composes the songs of course and plays all the instruments, leaving only his wife Linda to participate in the album with some back vocals. The album gets its share of criticism, especially because McCartney is mainly blamed for the splitting of the Beatles, but still contains the success Maybe I’m Amazed which is acclaimed by the critics. Still with his wife, he founded the band Wings the following year with percussionist Denny Seiwell and guitarist Denny Laine.

Between 1971 and 1981, the group gave us 7 studio albums and the hits Band on the Run, Jet, My Love, and participated in one of the most popular franchises in movie history by playing the theme song a film of the charismatic British secret agent James Bond, Live and Let Die. After the Wings adventure, McCartney pursues a solo career that never reaches the notoriety of the Beatles or even the Wings. He remains very popular and his concerts are always events that attract tens of thousands of fans.

Now at 76, show of Paul McCartney at the Videotron Centre in Quebec City on September 17, 2018 is the latest opportunity to see the Beatles' successes like Hey Jude, Yesterday, Yellow Submarine and Twist and Shout performed by THE Beatles!
