Dralion is one of many shows created by Cirque du Soleil. The first performance was held in Montreal on April 22nd, 1999. Today, Cirque du Soleil will present the Dralion show right here in Quebec City from 3rd to 8th January, 2012 at the Pepsi Coliseum in Quebec!
Dralion is a fusion of traditional Chinese acrobatic arts - dating back from over 3000 years - and the multidisciplinary approach of Cirque du Soleil. The show draws its inspiration from Eastern philosophy with its perpetual quest for harmony between humans and nature.
For the curious, the name Dralion signifies : Dragon for the East (Dra) and for the West (lion).
