Warranty and payment policies


In order to prevent us from any problems, a warranty and payment policy was established. This policy is applicable to any guest without any distinction.

We don't accept reservations without a credit card; this card serves as a guarantee of payment for the first night in case you do not show up at the hotel without prior advance cancellation.

Upon check-in, we will ask for your credit card again in order to take an authorization that must cover the charges for your entire stay and an additional 200$, in order to open the credit for your room. This allows you to charge restaurant fees, movie rentals, long distance calls, etc, to your room account. Upon check-out, you can either choose to pay with your credit card, your debit card or cash. In that case the authorization taken on your credit card is simply reversed.

If you cannot provide a credit card upon check-in or if a sufficient authorization cannot be taken, we will require full payment of your stay plus a security deposit of 200$ for a regular room and 200$ for an executive room. We will also require a valid piece of ID with picture and address (passport or driver's license) in order to identify the right person to whom we must refund the deposit. In that case, the credit will then be closed on your room and you won't be able to charge restaurant fees, to rent on demand movies, to do long distance calls, etc, to your room account.

Upon check-out, once the room is empty, a quick room inspection will be done by the head housekeeper. Please be aware that this may take about 5 minutes for the inspection. The deposit will then be refunded in full to the person that appears on the given ID provided upon check-in.

Please note that the person who gives the deposit becomes accountable for the room and its content. Cigarette smell and cleaning supplements or anything that would be broken, altered or stolen will be deducted directly from the deposit.

Anyone not complying with those policies will unfortunately not be able to stay in our hotel.
