At BEST WESTERN PLUS downtown Quebec, we offer you a most convenient and safe parking service at the rate of $22.00 (CAD) +taxes, per night and per car.

Low season (mid-October to mid-May)
From Sunday to Wednesday: from 6 am to 12 am (midnight).
(Self service available during the night.) From Thursday to Saturday: 24 hours a day.

The Service

The BEST WESTERN PLUS downtown Quebec offers a most convenient and safe parking service. Upon arrival, leave your car to our valets at the main entrance of the hotel on Rue du Roi, after registering with the reception. The parking attendant will ask a key for the car, your room number, the name under which the reservation was made and will make an inspection of the condition of the vehicle before driving it to one of our four (4) parking lots. You can request your vehicle at any time to the valet service by dialing 557 from the phone in your room with no extra charges. Because our parking lots are located between 2 to 10 minutes walk from the hotel, please allow 15-20 minutes (depending on traffic and occupancy) before receiving your car at the main entrance. During low season, the valet service is not available at night (Sunday to Wednesday from 12 am to 6 am), so an employee will accompany you to the closest parking lot to retrieve or leave your vehicle. Our parking service will facilitate your stay in Quebec City by its simplicity !

Motorcycle

Our visitors traveling by motorcycle can park in our parking garage next to the hotel (maximum capacity of 10 motorcycles, without trailers) at the rate of $ 20.00 (CAD) + taxes, per night, per motorcycle. A valet will accompany you to the motorcycle parking.

Security

Our four (4) parkings are very safe. Three (3) of them are fenced and the fourth is guarded by a booth attendant. We still recommend our customers not leaving valuables inside the vehicle or on the vehicle. The reception will assist you if you need to store things (bike, ski, luggage and more) for safekeeping until your departure.
