The exhibition, which raises controversy is Body World. It is more artistic and the bodies often have a more "daring" and more fun. It is the exhibition of no other than Gunther von Hagens.
The route allows visitors to take a closer look at the skeleton, muscles, devices, and reproductive systems, respiratory, circulatory and other human body parts. Many bodies are presented in athletic poses that recall or daily activities.
Authentic human specimens also show the damages caused by lack of exercise or simply being overweight. A healthy lung and a lung ravaged by smoking appear side by side, providing a point of comparison, a much more eloquent visual impact than that of a simple textbook.
This Bodies exhibition will change the way people perceive and ultimately leads them to consider and adopt a healthier lifestyle. It is designed to inform, empower, fascinate and inspire.
